Digital Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing offering to some of the world’s best brands across a variety of sectors, so versatility is key. You will be an integral part of a small team and someone who is not only capable of great ideas and concepts but who can also see them through, with your execution being just as considered as the idea itself.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a hands on agency. They will work across all internal teams with the role will fitting in as part of bigger branding and development projects. This to have an effective long term relationship with the client.
Key Responsibilities & Goals:
- Digital Strategy: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and objectives.
- Content Marketing: Create and curate engaging, high-quality content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and other digital assets, to engage and inform the target audience.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media strategies and profiles for clients across various platforms. This would include content scheduling, community engagement and performance tracking.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating email content, list segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Paid Advertising: Plan and execute online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to reach target audiences effectively. This includes budget management, creation of content and monitoring ad performance to get the best return on investment.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights which will inform future decisions on campaign strategies.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on campaign performance and gather feedback for ongoing improvements.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams, including designers, developers and client services team, to ensure the strategy is delivered cohesively.
- Stay up to date: Be aware of any emerging digital marketing trends and technologies which could impact strategies.
- Reporting: Provide and present key reports and optimisation strategies on a regular basis to both the internal team and the client.
- KPIs: These would be discussed and agreed on a client by client basis to reach their individual KPIs.
You’ll need to demonstrate you have:
- Proven experience in social media content creation, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing successful and creative campaigns.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and video editing software.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different social media platforms.
- A robust understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- An ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
The Steve Edge Design studios are based in Shoreditch, London & Wolverhampton city centre. At present, you would join the rest of the team either in London or Wolverhampton by following a hybrid model of studio and home work. Beyond this, we do ask that you consider our permanent location when applying.
Salary dependant upon experience.
