We were approached by Yeats to help create a new brand and website. With a wealth of experience in the construction industry, Yeats connects investors with real estate opportunities in desirable locations, specialising in maximising return and creating best in class developments.

From the start investors were at the centre of our thinking. We needed to give them a sense of stability and knowledge, but also to capture the dynamic energy of the dedicated Yeats team. We crafted the line ‘Unlocking Land, Realising Potential’ to help showcase the skills the team bring to bear on all their projects.

We designed a future-focused visual identity, pairing dynamic lines with a fresh green and white palette. We brought a more human focus to the brands imagery to help reflect the close-knit team and the value they place on relationships.

The website needed to showcase their wide-ranging portfolio which ranges from high end residential to luxury hotels and tech-ready business parks but it also needed to be built in such a way that would allow them to get the information they needed in a quick and comfortable way. We designed the site to give an engaging, easy to use record of past and present jobs as well as showing future pipeline.

We bought the visual identity to life by creating simple animations and interactions and implementing them across the website. This helped to bring energy and dynamism to the site and capture the future focus of the brand.

We have really enjoyed working with the team at Steve Edge Design. The brand and web process was very collaborative and we felt supported throughout each stage. We are very proud of our new brand and internally its helped reenergise the team.
