Celebrating 10 Years of Joseph Homes
We’re proud to work with award-winning property developer Joseph Homes on a rebrand celebrating their 10th year in business. To mark a successful decade, they approached us to refresh their brand.
Joseph Homes have always taken a unique approach to housebuilding, and needed a brand that reflected this. We created a vibrant new brand identity that communicated their passion and energy. The playful new logo features a classic serif font in a subtle stencilled design, bringing together creative flair and an exacting attention to detail. We also created a mature, rich colour palette comprising earthy tones offset with splashes of bold, bright colour. The tagline “building better homes for a better world”, meanwhile, summed up their wellbeing-centric vision for the future.
A key part of the rebrand was to communicate Joseph Homes’ LiveWell® mission. This initiative strives to improve the lives of homeowners, employees, and wider communities. The idea underpins everything they do, so we developed a separate visual identity for LiveWell® that complemented the new Joseph Homes brand through the use of bright colour and bold shapes.
We also designed and built a new website to showcase their developments and values.
Featuring a mature, minimalist design with elements of movement and an integrated social feed, the site feels fresh and current, and is easy to navigate. Alongside this, we also created a marketing site for The Tramyard, Joseph Homes’ elegant new development in Balham.
