Discovery & Brand Platform
This is our opportunity to really get a clear understanding of the ambitions and goals for the project. We hold a workshop with all the key stakeholders to help establish the unique usp’s of the development and surrounding area. We then create a brand platform which acts as the foundations for all the work to follow.
We carefully plan and program all the required marketing materials from branding and print through to environmental and digital.
Concepts & Development
We come back with a number of brand concepts capturing the unique story of your project whether it’s for a specific building or an overarching management brand. We stress test the concepts in agreed brand touchpoints such as hoarding, marketing materials, digital and signage so you can get a clear idea of how they will work.
A key touchpoint for any real estate brand is its digital platform, it’s an opportunity to speak directly to your target audience whether that’s through a strategically planned marketing website or social channels. We have over 30 years experience of delivering effective, powerful, digital platforms for developments that play a key role in marketing the property.
Launch & Management
The final phase is creating artwork for any materials, liaising with printers and managing the production for all agreed touchpoints. We then produce brand guidelines outlining how the brand should be applied going forward.
Once we’ve completed the initial scope of works we can offer on going support for print and digital assets. We can also help plan and manage social and PPC campaigns as well as working along side ad buying agencies to help promote the development.
