Having previously worked with FEC on Victoria North (the biggest renewal project the North West has ever seen) we were asked to brand Victoria Riverside – a landmark, residential-led mixed use development that will bring 634 new homes to Manchester City Centre and form part of the first phase of the Northern Gateway.
Set in between the greenery of City River Park and the hustle and bustle of the city centre, Victoria Riverside is home to both new apartments and townhouses in Manchester’s emerging Red Bank neighbourhood.
With so many attributes in its arsenal, there was one simple truth that to us, underpinned the scheme more so than anything else and that was its surroundings and more specifically, the floor-to-ceiling windows that frame them.
Bringing a distinct personality and identity to each of the 3 towers, we were able to capitalise on this unique USP and in a way that did the architecture and views justice.
With an architectural profile that literally frames the diverse, indulgent and lush landscape on its doorstep, we set out to own this sentiment in a much wider sense, whereby we created a flexible ‘frame’ formula that represents life at Victoria Riverside, and the value it places on those perfect moments, memories and details.
