Project Information+-

We were approached by the team at Invesco to help deliver a number of building led brands for their Instrata BTR division. Our role was to name each development and help position them at the forefront of their respective markets. Whilst each scheme needed a unique profile and aesthetic it was important that the sales & marketing team at Instrata had a unified digital platform.

The first scheme we looked at was situated on The Strand in Liverpool. We researched old maps and found that a copper works used to sit on the site.

We used the industrial history to create a graphic language for use across print and digital assets.

The Almere is situated in Milton Keynes. The icon was inspired by the grid patterns of Milton Keynes roads, with the rich greens taken from the tree lined boulevards that run the length of the city.

We used shadow overlays of foliage to add texture to materials and further emphasise the green surroundings.

The Well House is situated in Sutton and is named after the ancient spring line which runs through the town. Using old maps we found that a spring well was situated next door to the building.

We designed and built a flexible / modular system integrating with both Yardi and RealPage’s booking engines but still allowing each brand to have its own personality.
