We were approached by one of the UK’s largest cycling wholesalers IRide to create a new brand identity for their ORRO bike range. The bikes had been designed to suit a range of needs from commuting through to sportive. Our brief was to create an overall identity for the range and also find a way to communicate the individual bikes personalities.
From the Spanish for Gold, the name emanates from the owners desire to reflect the riders spiritual connection with the earth, whilst highlighting the quality of the bike themselves. From this we created a new marque for the brand and a formula where each new bike utilised a different element from the periodic table best suited to its characteristics.
