Established in 1735, Garrard is the world’s longest-serving jewellery house and the official Crown Jeweller to the British Monarchy. We were approached to help evolve their brand identity and help position them in a modern market place.

Through a series of workshops with their senior team, we established the goal of creating a brand that would preserve their rich heritage, while also appealing to the modern jewellery buyer. To mark this new chapter in their story, we re-positioned them as House of Garrard.
Evoking a sense of legacy and heritage, the developed name allowed us to design and build an interactive ‘House’ section on the new e-commerce website. Here the user could explore people and stories from Garrard’s rich history, while enjoying easy navigation back to the e-commerce site and the current jewellery collections.
