As part of a wider company restructure Lead Manage were looking to take their brand to the next level. The current name (Lead Manage) was proving problematic with customers struggling to remember it. Already a successful company with a strong portfolio of clients, the view of the board was if the name was to change it should be to add real standout that will allow them to atract the attention of new clients.
After holding workshops with the Lead Manage team we developed the name Opera. The analogy of the opera works perfectly for their offering as project managers with the conducter controlling numerous stakeholders to create a perfect performance.
We developed a marque based upon the movement of the conducters baton, it also references the human eye and the focus they have on every aspect of a job.
Alongside the brand we also delivered a new website which continued the brand story. Working across all mobile platforms it has become a powerful and effective shop window for their company.
