Radical Rent
This is rented living. Made radical.
LCH approached us to help brand a new rental company they were developing. The amazing team at LCH offer supported accommodation in London for people who have mental health needs, learning disabilities or who may be vulnerable, homeless or sleeping rough.
Through the course of their work they are sometimes left houses by generous donors that aren’t suitable for the kind of residents they support.
The idea was to make these properties available to the open market and use the profit to help support their other amazing facilities.
We came up with the name Radical Rent to capture the ground-breaking offer and delivered a playful, dynamic identity that could adapt to a variety of situations.
The double ‘R’ device was designed to adapt and embrace each space reflecting the different buildings the team were developing.
