Manchester New Square Launch

Steve recently made the trip up north to attend the launch of Urban & Civic’s landmark development of apartments at Manchester New Square. Situated on the corner of Princess and Whitworth Street, the building is bordered by beautiful Victorian warehouses. Our job was to create an identity that would reflect this industrial heritage and really stand out in the Manchester market.

Having researched the numerous textile warehouses which once occupied the site, we found inspiration in ideas of past and future. The identity we created offered a nod to the area’s history while highlighting the vibrancy of the emerging neighbourhood. This identity was applied across hoardings and marketing suite graphics. It also featured in three separate brochures which showcased the development and the apartment floorplans.

We also designed and built a new website featuring local area highlights, social media feeds and an interactive development plan; this gives visitors and residents a complete understanding of Manchester New Square. The “Live” Availability & Pricing section of the website has been designed so that the selling agents can update apartment information and pricing through a simple Content Management System, giving them much more control and flexibility.
