We partnered with the team behind Engine Works Park to help brand and launch a new kind of commercial space. One that champions innovation, productivity and pride in the North East.

Set on the former site of Parsons’ historic Heaton Works, this is not your typical business park. It is a 21st century engine room, designed for ambition and built for business.

The brand draws from the area’s industrial heritage while looking firmly ahead, with standout bold branding that cuts through the marketplace and speaks to momentum, progress and possibility.

The website reflects that same energy. Clear, purposeful and easy to navigate. We created interactive floorplans to bring the space to life and make exploration intuitive.

With dynamic messaging and a flexible structure, the site works hard for the businesses that will call Engine Works home. Just like the park itself.
