Micro Site functionality includes interactive Google maps, news feeds, interactive galleries and slideshows, all updatable through a simple CMS system.

Furthering our already strong relationship with luxury brand Valde, we created a website for their beautiful Haylofts in northern Italy’s Alps. Keeping the branding in line with the original Valde website, this site was designed to be clear and simple, letting the information and stunning photography do the talking. It reflects the Valde philosophy of living well and also captures the sense of uniqueness that is so innate within the brand.

Eco Friendly Tiles is the first CarbonNeutral® tile company in the UK. They work with manufacturers and specifiers who understand that beautiful and environmentally-responsible stone and tile is the default setting for the 21st century. Over the past few months, Edge Design have worked closely with Margot and Brandon to develop a fantastic new website for their overall branding and product range. This enables them to update news, events and product ranges in a quick and effective manner.

The design compliments the sleek contemporary finish required to attract their target market of designers, architects and consumers who prefer stone and tile products guaranteed to be eco-friendly. Using cutting edge SEO techniques to acquire strong rankings over the coming months, we believe Eco Friendly Tiles have a great platform for taking this exciting brand forward.

The logo we designed for Linde Werdelin is, as well as one of the smallest images we have produced due to its position on watch faces, ironically one of the logos we are most proud of. Our branding for this luxury, innovative watch brand, which was new to the market when we first met them, has helped to set them apart from their competitors. This proves that a great logo can be powerful no matter how tiny it is. In fact, they do say the best things come in small packages.

For Ask Italian we created a whole new style to celebrate the re-launch of the brand. We designed a variety of menus, including the wine list, mains and children’s menus, as well as marketing and sales items such as posters, adverts and A-boards. It was a number of years ago now that Fortnum and Mason first contacted Edge Design.
Way back in 1995, Steve received a phone call. A posh, old sounding voice came on the line.

“Hello,” it said. “Is this Steve Edge?”
Steve, sceptical at first, said it was.
The voice went on to say that the managing director of Fortnum and Mason wanted to speak to him.
The next voice was that of the bubbly and charming Mr Hamilton.
“Steve Edge,” he said. “You have been highly recommended. I wonder if you would come and help us?”
“Of course,” Steve agreed. “May I just ask you one question?”
Mr Hamilton said he could.
“What is your first name?” Steve asked.
“Gerry,” Mr Hamilton replied.
Steve, as chatty and informal back then as he is now, asked “can I call you Gerry?”
“I’d prefer it if you didn’t,” came the reply.
“In that case, Gerry, I’ll call you Mr Hamilton.”

The front cover of that year’s Fortnum and Mason Christmas catalogue was delicately hand-painted by Steve himself using gouache paint for a festive, illuminated page. It marked the beginnings of a very close friendship and Steve and Mr Hamilton have now worked together for over a decade.

These days, not only is Steve allowed to call Mr Hamilton ‘Gerry’, he can even call him ‘H’.

We have just launched the new website design for debt recovery and bailiff specialist Rundles. We Create a simple, contemporary layout to mirror the new brand identity we designed for them. The site has been developed using a simple CMS allowing Rundles to update any part of the site quickly and easily. By using the new corporate yellow against a mainly black and white backdrop the site stands out and has a really strong identity

Rundles are really pleased with the new site, Managing Director Chris Rundle commented “ The whole look and feel of the website is fresh, easy to use and I believe reflects our new tagline, Fair, Effective and Intelligent”.

Central Foundation Boys’ School believes in honour, vision, courage and wisdom. Considering these principles, the school has strived since its beginnings in 1865 to build the ideal environment for optimal learning. This is what we aimed to portray in our re-branding, including a new crest and redesigned website.
